Ive been buying Air Max since the 1990s and I will stand by them forever and a lot of it goes to the Dn Essential because I believe they are Nikes best so far followed by the Air Max Zero and that being is because they have reinvented to Air cushion for the better. I love these Max's whole heartedly.

These shoes are the truth for everyday wear! When I 1st put these shoes on, I knew we would get along just fine! Nice, comfortable footbed with the right amount of comfort and stability. These shoes are great for all day wear. They keep your feet comfortable and dry. I wore these for 9 hours at an indoor event and noticed that the fit was perfect. Absolutely true to size. My back didn’t have any strain at the end of the day and my feet felt great. Overall, I love the design, the color scheme, the fit and the feel of these shoes. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone needing a good pair of every day shoes! 10/10!

I've had these for about a month now and gotta say I'm impressed. These are very comfortable, i was on my feet for hours and didn't have any discomfort in my feet. I have wider feet and going up a half size from my usual size left me with the perfect fit. I used these primarily for the gym, walks, and day to day errands and these were definitely my go to shoes. The fit and feel were apparent from the moment I tried these on out of the box. The fit is true to size. The feel is reminiscent of a shoe you’ve had for far longer and broken in accordingly.

I don’t typically gravitate towards a mostly black shoe, especially one with a larger and more square heel. The design of this shoe makes those particularly feature understated to a level I felt more confident with.

What I liked most about these shoes was how comfortable they were, brand new out of the box. They have the feel of a shoe you’ve had and trusted for a long time. The laces can be a bit difficult to keep tied because of the tube shape - a single knot often doesn’t suffice. If you opt for the unlaced and looser option, the shoe doesn’t stay snug enough and slides and moves a bit more like a flip flop.

I’m a lifelong fan of Nike runners, especially the Air Max family, but was unfamiliar with the Max DN until now. I usually avoid high-tech sci-fi silhouettes like this, preferring OG models that better balance performance and aesthetics, but I came out impressed with the fit (true to size) and feel. The past few days I put ~8 miles of city walking/running on my pair and these delivered. At first I was skeptical of the Max DN’s exaggerated air units, thinking they may be more show than go, but the heel support here is real — bouncy, not bulky, and (most crucially!) consistent as you move. The pliable construction of the upper and external laces make for an easy comfortable wear. For me this’ll be more of a throw-‘em-on “by the door” sneaker than one I’d work into a fit, and I mean that as a compliment.
