I spray the mud off with a hose after my runs, then let them dry. These give great support on the trail which makes them a bit on the stiff end of the cushion spectrum. I prefer not to slip and roll an ankle than walk on clouds. These shoes are invincible. Twenty years running in Nikes, these are my favorites yet!

Men’s shoe? Move over dudes because this shoe is, in the wise words of maybe the greatest philosopher of my generation, M.C. Hammer, they’re “too legit to quit…” They feel amazing. The midsole is cushiony as all heck. They feel like you’re walking on clouds. Literal clouds people. Seriously! I can’t wait for more goretex type shoe to be released!

靴としては良いですが、肝心の防水機能が全く意味を成しません。降水量2mm弱で15分走ったら、前のメッシュ部分から浸水して靴下まで濡れてしまいます。
