I’ve been looking for another pair of running shoes for some time. Previous shoes were the Pegasus 38 and New Balance 1080, running no more than 5 miles at a time at least 3-4 times a week. These shoes have just the right amount of shock absorption. I’m flat as flat footed as you can get but have been running for over 30 years so the arch support is actually nice. My normal size is an 8, but I sized up a half size. These aren’t fully broken in yet but I could have possibly done a full size in the regular width.

Was not keen on the fly knit. The arch in the shoe was too high which isn't great if you are flat footed. Light weight so that was a positive
