This shoe performed amazingly on our adventures in Northern California. Crossing creeks, climbing rock walls, and going through multiple types of terrain. Straight out of the box comfort.

The cons outweigh the pros. Let’s start with the good, the shoes have excellent grip. I purchased these specifically for black ice season I can confidently say you won’t be sliding about in these bad boys. The gore-tex is of decent quality and provides a substantial level of waterproofing (obviously water can still make its way to your feet as there are exposed part). As for the bad, these shoes are heavy, almost excessively weighty. They aren’t the most comfortable shoes either. Form follows function was not a thought in mind when these were made. They are true to size regardless of what others may say, due to the type of the laces you should loosen the laces upon arrival. More thought went in to making these shoes look pretty than comfortable when they were designed. Finally the ugly. Loose threads, poor quality stitching, unavailable for promo codes. The quality of these shoes at full price is a sick joke. There isn’t a single corner of these shoes where you can’t see the poor quality workmanship or haphazardly done stitching. I even ordered a second pair and the quality was just as bad.

Love this shoe! Been wanting this shoe for a while now, just waiting for it to go on sale. This is my fourth pair of this style but my first GORE-TEX pair.

Great fit - steady - yet to use it for my next mountain trail+hike. Can't wait.

What a great shoe, I get tons of compliments on them and I love the fact that they are Gore-Tex and waterproof. I live in the north northwest and I need a robust shoe that protects my feet from all kinds of weather conditions. These shoes are absolutely great And stylish. I love everything about them. They are comfortable and they protect my feet from all the conditions, I endure here in the northwest. Simply said they are perfect.

Really like them! True to size, more on the narrow side, I love the bounce you get when walking and the heel support is nice.Arch support could be better but this one’s not bad. Toe guard/ support feels nice when walking up hills or steep rocks, first hike in these shoes was a success.

Extremely comfortable, sure step shoe. These feel like the soles grip everything while walking on anything.
I purchased the velvet brown/black in size 12. Fits true to size even with wide feet like mines. Excellent protection for your toes while trekking through this concrete jungle. Most comfortable Nike shoe I've purchased to date! I highly recommend.

Great mix of comfort and function that ACG has become known for. Rain snow mud ice dirt; whatever the case may be these are my go to sneaker boots when it’s a little more that my trail Pegasus can handle. Love the toe cap, carbon plate, goretex and mountain bike tire-like outsole. Great with orthotics and toggle system is awesome imo

this made me the best gift giver! my boyfriend showed me these months ago at regular price and thankfully caught these shoes on black Friday for at least half off! Ever since they delivered he's absolutely loved ever minute of the shoes! Definitely need to be broken into but the definitely do what they are designed to do!
