Chitose Abe and her sacai label are bringing the Blazer Low back to basics. Always aiming to honour the familiar while ushering in new waves of style and substance, Abe's taken simple Blazer details and added a special shine to them.
sacai's latest Blazer Low features exposed foam liners with signature stacked tongues and double lacing, but in a foundational Black and White make-up. And by relying on essential colours for an everyday look, sacai was able to focus on taking the Blazer Low's upper materials to a more glamorous realm. Adding a high-end touch to a classic silhouette, a textured patent-leather base creates a glimmering, stop-on-the-street moment. Exploring different materials to juxtapose and align in harmony, sacai's created a fresh, sophisticated approach to the Blazer Low.
