I've just been able to carry 6 gels without them bouncing around (2 in each of the front two waist band pouches and 1 in each of the side pockets). Phone also fit comfortably in the back zip pocket and the side zip pockets will be perfect for light weight things like electrolyte tabs or debit cards etc. All pockets are easy access whilst on the move too. Worth the money in my opinion.

5’10 190 Runners Legs I ordered these shorts and liked them enough to order two more pairs! I got a M, and they fit the excellent. They are more of a “hug” fit than other running shorts, but they didn’t move up my leg. I have worn all three pairs now on runs and errands. The zipper front pockets are a lifesaver to give you the fit you want while keeping everything secure traveling to, during, and back from your run!
