Un amorti maximum, c'est ce que je recherchais. Cela permet de mieux se concentrer sur sa séance et de préserver ses articulations et son dos. Je ne suis pas un pro, mais la chaussure me semble bien équilibrée. Elle m'a permis de faire des séances longues et du fractionné. Je recommande pour ceux qui cherchent de l'amorti.

I tried a quick run with these ZF. It was not as I expected. Heaver shoes and a bit clunky. My biggest disappointment was the poor heel lock, even with a runners knot. The ride is a bit on the stiffer, responsive side but expected with the carbon plate. Excellent support on the lateral side of shoe but can feel like tipping over on the medial, inside of shoe. Plenty of room inside toe box, and upper material is so-so. I will be returning this shoe for something else.

Bought a pair of the Zoom Fly 4’s and loved them so bought the 5’s. They’re decent but the fit is very different from the 4’s, which hug your feet more. Not so with the 5’s, which I need to tie tighter than most and have to double knot. Wish I bought 3 pairs of the 4’s.
