I am writing to express my disappointment with a pair of sneakers I purchased from your store a few months ago. Unfortunately, after only a few wears, the leather has cracked at the flex points where the foot bends during normal walking. This rapid deterioration has significantly impacted the appearance of the sneakers, making them look worn and unattractive in a very short period. Given the price I paid, I expected much higher quality and durability. I have been abroad during this time, which is why I am only reporting this issue now. However, I have photos showing that the sneakers were already in this condition as of May 19. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend these sneakers to anyone based on my experience. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there are any steps I need to take to initiate a return or exchange. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
