This shoe does a lot right. It is light weight, doesn't have too much cushion. Does not have a high heel that gets in the way of a natural gait, but it does not fit. I tried my normal size 9 and it was incredibly small. A half size larger for the length of the foot well but was far too narrow.i do not recommend if you don't have narrow feet.

Yes, my middle school daughter has been wanting new cross-country shoes to break in for the season about to start in 2-3 months. I didn't want to at first then saw here old shoes had a metal back piece in it for support and it was really bothering her. When we got it it "ran" small but it was really comfy when she was running in them.I asked her to rate them out of ten and she said 10/10!!! As a runner myself I had to see for myself If they really were a ten out of ten. Sadly they weren't, they were a 5/5!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE BOTH LOVE THEM SOO MUCH!!!!!!!!1
