The care instructions aren't any different from washing your usual workout clothes! Machine wash them with like colours, remove immediately and do not allow them to lay on themselves while wet. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron as needed. No need for dry cleaning, softeners or bleach.

I like these ~ but on my Asian skin they are flesh coloured so would no doubt invite second glances at the gym!
