How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

The Netherlands 2024 National Team Away Kit has the heart of a lion to inspire a new generation to make their mark on the game. Three types of blue form the kit in a minimalist design with pops of the world-famous orange. This kit is made from Dri-FIT ADV, an innovative fabric designed to help keep you cool, light and dry in the moments that matter most.
Inspired by energy
The collar and cuffs of the away kit feature orange pops of colour instantly recognisable for the Dutch team and its fans. The orange can also be found through lion-influenced graphic elements across the shirt. Inside the collar, a graphic crown provides a modern twist to unite and inspire.
