First of all, wow! The fit, the color, the style… perfection. I’ve always wanted these and got several compliments when wearing these. Someone said it was giving 90’s vibes and I’m all for that! These were extremely comfortable, I wore them about 10 hours one day and could’ve kept them on longer. They appear stiff but definitely are not. I think my favorite thing about this shoe is definitely the design. The shoe just stands out in the right way. Don’t hesitate if these are on your radar.

When buying shoes, there are two thing I look for, a unique design and, most importantly… COMFORT. The Air Max Plus Drift is a versatile shoe. It's perfect for walks with my dogs and even for navigating rocky or uneven terrain. This sturdy shoe provides excellent support and cushioning, thanks to its flame-like design. The fabric and design allow for a breathable and cooling feel and it runs true to size! Although it has a slight weight, it makes me feel more secure knowing the soles of my feet are well-protected.

I bought these shoes for my wife who is in no way a sneaker head like I am. The shoe is an update take on the classic Airmax plus of the 90's. The cool grey over white isn't a dramatic color way, and yet with this great design it really pops. When I'm with my wife and she wears them, I find myself constantly looking at them trying to find the differences from the original. They are such a great design. Though she's not a shoe aficionado, my wife has provided me with praise for gifting her the shoe. She doesn't remember ever owning a pair of the original shoes, she has commented on how much she likes the design. Additionally she did tell me I did a good job picking them for her, and relayed quite a few compliments she's gotten from others when she's been out about. Initially she wasn't sure she liked the shoe because slipping them on the first time it felt very firm and slightly narrow. Over the last few weeks with continuous wear the stiffness subsided and the shoe soften. Now that the sole is broken in, the shoes feel very supportive and are a shoe of choice when she will be out and about for hours. The shoe has a rubber bumper on the toe which prevents marring or scratching,m accidentally on curbs. Most of the upper is covered in a modeled plastic, designed to look like flames, with small fabric inserts. Many shoes are made of mostly fabric and when you walk through a puddle or it starts to rain, it will result in your toes getting wet. With so little fabric these should stay clean in the long run. If I could make the shoe perfect, I'd ask for it to be wider, and to not have to wait so long of a break in period for them to soften up.
