Light and resilient
The midsole is made from full-length ZoomX foam, Nike's lightest and most resilient foam, delivering a high level of energy return with every stride you take.
Lightning speed
Four permanent spikes help reduce the weight of the plate and creates a wide, flat platform for a stable connection to the track.
Secure fit
New yarns and a new engineered upper structure enhance breathability and comfort. The contouring fit of the upper gives a disappearing sensation that is built to go the distance. We reinforced the heel to help improve overall stability.
Propulsive feel
Carbon fibre on the midsole unlocks plate response and helps reduce weight. The curved design gives you a propulsive feel.
Stable and ready
A slightly wider midfoot and forefoot compared with the previous iteration improve the feeling of stability on straightaways and especially around the turns.
