Comfortable when put on correctly but the straps get twisted due to the cross design at the back and if you have muscular arms and a muscular torso and large breasts then you needed to go one size up but then you looked like a female swimmer from Baywatch! Great design, quality fabric, very well constructed. The pictures do not do it justice. Secure on the chest and the straps don't pull on your neck/shoulders.
