Great for weightlifting but not much else. I was mainly looking for something to replace my old Superreps to continue my Insanity workouts and these were advertised as being good for cross-training, but they just aren’t. They’re extremely sturdy and excellent weightlifting shoes, they look incredible, but outside of that they’re far too stiff and heavy to be useful for cardio of any kind. Trading mine in for a metcon or alpha to try to find a suitable replacement for intense cardio workouts. The sizing suggestions are spot on. Order one half size/size up.

The shoe box is wayyy too small. I ordered a size 11, exchanged for an 11.5, and exchanged again for a 12. Still my toes are crammed on top of each other. Not ideal for weight lifting.

Brought these for my powerlifting daughter and she says that her squat form is much better now because of the lift in the shoes help with her long femurs. They are also true to size, comfortable and cute!
