NRC Training Plans
NRC Training plans give you weekly coaching and guidance to help you reach your goals, whether it’s your first time running the distance or you’re chasing a personal best.
5kms
Duration: Max 8 weeks out from race day / Minimum 4 weeks from race day.
1Okms
Duration: Max 8 weeks out from race day / Minimum 4 weeks from race day.
Half-Marathon
Duration: Max 14 weeks out from race day / No less than 6 weeks from race day.
Marathon
Guidance on running, recovery, strength training and mindset to prepare you for the journey of a lifetime.
Duration: Max 18 weeks out from race day / No less than 12 weeks from race day
