Launching the first of its kind, the Nike Interact Run debuts a performance design with conscientious material sourcing and cutting-edge processes. It is made with at least 25% recycled content by weight, all while enhancing comfort, breathability, and durability. We’re taking it one step further with our Care-Repair program to help extend the life of your shoes. But when they hit the end of the road, we’ll help you find a drop-off location to recycle or donate them.

Run with the ultimate balance of comfort and structure. By strategically selecting every component, we were able to create an ultra-lightweight running shoe. The midsole’s foam gives you a soft but sturdy ride through an injection process, and cushioning around the heel gives you pillowy support so you can keep going.

Venture farther as the recycled rubber Waffle outsole enhances durability and gives you optimal traction, designed to help give you a smooth transition from heel to toe every time. Plus, taping on the upper adds an extra protective layer, so your shoes can live longer and happier as you rack up your miles.

Our evolved Flyknit on the upper enhances breathability in hot zones, giving you the perfect balance of support and stretch with every mile. By choosing solution-dyed yarn, we were able to lower our water usage in the production process. Plus, our cutting-edge Flyknit weaving technique helps decrease material waste.

This is what we're moving towards:
0.5M tons less greenhouse gas emissions, through increasing the use of environmentally preferred materials to 50% of all key materials: polyester, cotton, leather and rubber.
100% of extended supply chain waste is diverted from landfills with at least 80% of waste recycled back into Nike products and other goods.
25% less fresh water usage per kilogram in textile dyeing and finishing.

There, our experts will determine what products are eligible for recycling or donation if the item’s in good shape
