HOW WE DO IT
Step 1
Our team of experts inspects items that cannot be sold as new.
Step 2
Each eligible product is carefully cleaned and sanitized.
Step 3
The item is given a condition grade by the team—like new, gently worn or slightly imperfect.
Step 4
Refurbished products are sold at select stores at a can’t beat price. Look for the Nike Refurbished signage and packaging.
REFURBISHED CONDITIONS
- Like New
Perfect or near-perfect condition. They are like new with no sign of wear or flaws.
- Gently Worn
They are in great condition with visible light wear or slight imperfections.
- Slightly Imperfect
No signs of wear but slightly imperfect (for example: stain, mark, discoloration, or fading). Otherwise like new.

What shoes are eligible for Nike refurbished?
Nike footwear that cannot be sold as brand new is eligible for Nike Refurbished. This could include a pair that a consumer returned or exchanged from a recent purchase because it wasn’t quite right for them, or shoes with a small imperfection. All product is then inspected, graded and refurbished by hand by a team of experts.
What should I do with my Nike refurbished shoes when I’m done using them?
When you are done wearing your footwear, we encourage you to donate or responsibly recycle your kicks.
Can I bring my Nike shoes in to be refurbished in-store?
Not at this time. The refurbishment process does not happen inside our stores.
What is the return policy if I purchase Nike Refurbished shoes?
When purchased in stores, this product falls under the normal Nike product return guidelines. Visit the Returns section for more information and to find the nearest Nike store near you. Please note that a different return policy may apply to Nike Refurbished product purchased online.

The Nike Refurbished Digital Pilot is a limited experience to allow customers to purchase Nike Refurbished products online. The Nike Refurbished Pilot has a terms and conditions that differ from purchases made in a Nike retail store.
Can I donate or sell footwear to be part of Nike refurbished?
Not at this time. However, we encourage you to donate or responsibly recycle footwear at end of your use.
